INSTRUCTIONS FROM THE CLASSIC OFFICE

The first step is making sure you have read your Breed Rules and the Sale Terms and Conditions for the Classic.

You need to have the registration papers on the animal you are entering. If you are in the process of registering the animal; make sure you have all the pedigree information. It is important to provide as much information as possible. Make sure and write footnote information on the animal.

It is important in the Classic catalog to get as many pictures of the entries as possible. I also need them for advertising in Breed Publications and other Classic ads. I need to have all pictures in my possession by DECEMBER 1st. The best way for me to receive pictures is by email at rkbush@frontiernet.net.

HINTS FOR GOOD PICTURES:

• NO instamatic pictures

• You can send developed pictures for me to scan. DO NOT SEND pictures you print off your computer printer.

• Digital files are great. Make sure you have your camera on the highest resolution. You will email the picture to me as a file attachment. You will not see the actual picture on your screen just the symbol that it is attached to the email.

• When you are taking the pictures ….spend a little time to present the animal to the best of your ability. A GREAT picture can get your animal a lot of additional interest prior to the sale.

Make sure and read each page on the entry process carefully. It will walk you through step by step what you need to do.

MAKE SURE WHEN ENTERING YOUR ANIMAL... Do NOT type in ALL CAPS!!!!!!! Type with upper case and lower case.

Review your entry carefully to make sure we are receiving the correct information. You need to do this prior to submitting your entry. When you are ready to submit your entry, it will print off your Consignor Consent Form and invoice for your entry fees. These need to be mailed to the Classic office with a copy of your registration fees. The Classic this year can take your debit card or MasterCard/Visa. You will need to call me in the office. We will only do this on the phone.

If you were a consignor at the 2007 Classic your first step on the next page will be; do you know your username and password? If not … click the option to Send me my login information. If it does not work, just email to support@cowsense.com. They will respond with your information you need.
